Glass Pyramid
Cindy Marie Christine Fernandez
I came across this structure while wallking down the Orchard road. It reminded me of the Pyramids in Egypt-the oldest standing and largest structures in the history of the world. The pyramid has evolved artistically through time and has continued to inspire and amaze humanity with it’s beauty, uniqueness and geometry.

The bridge was recently built spanning high above Henderson Rd and is the highest in Singapore.Beautifully designed it offers an exciting view of the surrounding hills and vegetations. In the evening the sunset scene is often spectacular and the bridge is lit by colorful led lights. The bridge evidently is an attraction to humanity and in this

Ancient religious architecture has always held feeling of grandeur and spirituality. In this photograph, i have tried to induce the surreal into the spiritual. This a multi-exposed shot, no photoshop magic here.
back alley business
MUHAMMAD NAJEEB BIN RAMAT
The back lane, always perceived as dark, dirty and dingy, is conceived as a space where illicit activities are shrouded from public view. It is thus perfect for this business held at the back of Rowell Road where transgendered prostitutes can be found.

I was staying at a friend’s place when I was visiting Edinburgh and found that at night, it was pretty hard to get sleep if you’re not used to the noise outside. So one of those nights, I took out my camera and took this long exposure shot. Cars still streaming by even in the dead of the night.

Four races stay in one roof. Regardless of race, language or religion. Four different color buildings are climbing all the way to the sky. We built a nation, strong and free. Reaching out together, for peace and harmony. One people, one nation, one Singapore.
The entrepreneurship and farsightedness
Menaga D/O Subramaniam
The architecture of the Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce building is a mix of Chinese and western. There are two dragon murals at the entrance to the building.
It symbolizes the entrepreneurship and farsightedness of the Chinese and their contribution towards the prosperity of Singapore.
