Seah Chee Kien studied architecture at the National University of Singapore and joined Tangguanbee Architects from 1990 to 1995. He went to JTC Corporation and Jurong Consultants Pte Ltd serving as Chief Architect from 2001 to 2006, before joining RSP Architects Planners & Engineers as a director in July 2006.
