As we explore the night scene of Singapore from a different angle we hope to raise questions of the aptness of locating capitalist / consumerist functions within conserved, historical buildings. What does it mean for entire districts to be packaged as tourist hot spots, both for existing users and the history of the site itself? Party the night away, but we can’t promise that your perceptions and experience of places will ever be the same again after the sun sets.
